About
DELTA TEST Middle East LLC is the fully independent partner company of DELTA TEST Germany.
In 2021 the decision was made to found and establish a new company in the Middle East to serve our long-standing customers with our full professionalism and energy. For this approach DELTA TEST ME goes hand in hand in close cooperation with DELTA TEST Germany — providing all the technical, human and professional resources.
Heat exchanger tube inspection is what we do. ECT, FSEC, PSEC, IRIS, Videoscope and our proprietary Tube Leak Testing — material and degradation mechanism drive technique selection, not the other way around.
Our crews work refinery, petrochemical, fertiliser and power-generation outages where accurate fitness-for-service data — not just a pass/fail — decides what gets plugged, retubed or returned to service.
What We Do
We do Eddy Current.
Eddy Current is our home turf — from conventional ECT on copper, brass and stainless tubing to FSEC/PSEC on duplex, super-duplex and Sea-Cure. When ECT is not the right tool, we reach for IRIS for quantitative wall-thickness verification, Videoscope for visual assessment, or our proprietary Tube Leak Testing system for pressure-based leak detection.
All inspections are performed in accordance with international NDT standards: ASME Section V, ASTM E309, ASTM E2096 — by technicians certified to ISO 9712 and SNT-TC-1A.

Our process from inquiry to closing-out.

Your Inquiry for NDT Inspection
Send us all details for the items, heat exchangers, fin-fan coolers or other tubular items you wish to get inspected. Tube details such as diameter, length, material and total number for test are important for a proper quotation. The window of maintenance and inspection is mandatory.

Quotation
Receive our competitive quotation with all details for your review and approval.
- 03
Preparation and Mobilization
After receiving your official purchase order we start project preparation in order to have all tools and resources available. Mobilization will be in time after ID-card processing and safety orientation.

Inspection Activities
Activities are carried out by qualified and certified NDT technicians per international standards and inspection procedures. Field inspection reports are available directly after inspection. Permanent contact and clear communication to the responsible person on client side is natural for us.

Final Documentation
After finalization of all requested inspections, the final reports are handed over and discussed with the client.

Demobilization
After signing contract documents such as time sheets and work-complete-documents, we start demobilization and remove all prior mobilized tools and containers.

Invoice and Project Closing
As per our quotation and your purchase order you receive our final invoice.
